Contraband Police is a simulation role-playing game where gamers will become a police officer who drives patrol cars at the border. This job is not easy, as the player will have to check the vehicles to find the smugglers trying to infiltrate.
People will need to stop different cars and trucks, check the goods inside, and arrest anyone who breaks the law in any way. Aside from that, the game does involve some mysterious shootings and murders, but the main focus is on stopping the smugglers from achieving their goals.
Counting and returning goods is one of the basic things players will do in Contraband Police and that’s why this article will teach everyone how to do them as efficiently as possible.
How to count goods in Contraband Police
- Unload goods from the back of the vehicle to the storage area (this step can be skipped if there are only 1-2 packages)
- Take out your notebook ( . key) OLD by default).
- Press the button left mouse (LMB) while hovering over each item of merchandise.
- Counted items will be highlighted in green and recorded in the notebook.
- Check the logbook and compare it to the driver’s cargo list to see if everything matches.
Remember that if the quantity of an item is missing even one, the player will have to deny access on the basis of an incorrect item list.
As for the goods inspection, the gamer can use his tools to open everything and check if any contraband items are hidden, for example, use the ax to open the box and knives for other things.
How to return goods in Contraband Police
After checking the goods, there are 2 cases: everything is fine and needs to be returned to the correct position in the car, or contraband is discovered and the driver has to be arrested.
For the first case, the player can return the merchandise by talking to Constable Maximov. He was sitting right next to the cargo area and was the only guard there.
With a command, he will return everything to the vehicle, then the gamer can choose to approve or reject the driver and end the tally.
For the second situation, when contraband is found in the packages, gamers will need to arrest the driver immediately. After that, pick up any contraband you find and talk to Constable Maximov for orders Clear inspection zone for him .
This will remove everything from the cargo area as well as the cars to get ready to tally the next car.
Note: Players will not have to return the goods if contraband is discovered because of the order Clear inspection zone for Maximov will remove the entire cargo.
